Account Deletion Request

How to delete your account

Open the FLAMES GRILL app or visit our website
Sign in to your account
Go to Profile
Tap Edit Profile
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion

Data that will be deleted:

Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Saved addresses
Favourites
Login credentials

Data that will be retained (anonymised):

Order history (for legal and accounting purposes)

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, please contact us at [email protected] and we will process your request within 30 days.
